I currently provide technical and architectural leadership for the Claims ADA domain, spanning Antifraud, Data, and AI.

My focus is on defining the technical direction of the domain and helping teams make architectural decisions that remain sustainable as the systems, data products, and AI capabilities evolve.

Context: claims domain, data-intensive environment, high operational criticality.

  • Built and led the Claims Data Management team in a greenfield setup;
  • Introduced and scaled a Data Mesh-oriented approach for domain data products;
  • Partnered with Data Governance on company-wide data strategy;
  • Built and evolved the Claims Antifraud initiative into a broader Claims Machine Learning scope;
  • Mentored and developed internal leadership, including growth paths toward Engineering Manager responsibilities.
